MISSION STATEMENT

The Procurement Department is responsible for obtaining goods and services for the Lottery in a cost efficient and timely manner. The Department procures standard goods and services that any government agency needs, and goods and services unique to the lottery industry. The Department utilizes competitive solicitations, D.C. Supply Schedule, and GSA Schedule for the procurement of these goods and services. The Lottery is dedicated to the District's initiative to utilize Local, Small, Disadvantaged, Business Enterprises whenever possible.
