During the contest period (August 5^th, 2026, through February 14^th, 2027) players must enter all three of their NON-WINNING $2, $5, and $10 Washington Commanders scratchers to be eligible for entry into the 2^nd Chance Contest.

All entries must be received before the Submission Deadline dates and times listed in the Prize and Draw Schedule.

During the contest period (August 5, 2026 through October 7, 2026) a player must opt-in and play at least $25 or more on the Commanders End Zone Rush e-Instant game during each draw period to be eligible for entry into the contest.

Additional Entry Details: 

A player must have a registered iLottery account and officially opt-in to the e-Instant contest promotion to be eligible for a chance to win Commanders prizes, including official team gear, game tickets, and a special DC Lottery experience. Players will only need to opt-in one (1) time to be eligible for entry into all e-Instant drawings. Each eligible player must play at least $25 on the Commanders End Zone Rush e-Instant game online and will receive one (1) contest entry for every $25 they play. There is no max number of entries a player can receive. The more you play, the bigger your chance to win. 

The contest resets after each drawing and eligible players can re-enter the next drawing by playing $25 or more on the Commanders End Zone Rush e-Instant.
