What do I do if I forgot my username and password to my account?
Go to the the InCrowd/Player's Club log-in page and click the "Forgot Password" link.
What if some of my personal information has changed, and I want to update my profile?
Click your name as it appears on the upper right corner, then click the Edit Profile button.
I have to rescind my Pool Manager position; can someone else take over for me?
At this time, there is no way to transfer pool ownership. A new Pool Manager will have to create a Pool and invite members.
How many Pools can I join?
Players are welcome to join as many Pools that they are invited to join.
How many pools can I start?
INCROWD members can start as many pools as they are willing to manage.
How many members can I invite to join my pool?
Managers are welcome to invite an unlimited number of members to join their Pool.
How many members can my Pool have?
Pools can have an unlimited number of pool members, the more the merrier!
How many Powerball numbers can I enter?
Managers are welcome to enter an unlimited number of Powerball numbers.
What happens when the Pool Manager clicks the deactivate a Pool member button?

The team member is no longer able to see that Pool in their My Powerball Pools list.

The team member will no longer show up automatically in the add payments page.

The team member will no longer be included in the total Pool member count displayed on the Management pages.

The team member will only be able to rejoin the team if reactivated and allowed to rejoin the same pool by the Pool Manager.
I joined a Pool, but the Pool name is not listed in My Powerball Pools list
You might have been deactivated by the Pool Manager. Check with the Pool's manager to inquire about your status.
