Jeneva Robinson won a $50,000 top prize playing the Aces & 8s DC Scratcher. The native Washingtonian says she enjoys playing the newest DC Scratchers as soon as they hit the stores. When visiting her favorite DC Lottery retailer, she saw him taking the Aces & 8s tickets out of their plastic wrapping and said, "I want that one!" The public works professional says her windfall will go a long way for her family.
