DC Lottery Prize Center Remains Open for Claims with Adjusted Hours
The DC Office of Lottery and Gaming (DC Lottery) is temporarily amending Prize Center hours of operation in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
The DC Lottery Prize Center (2235 Shannon Place, SE, Washington, DC) will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The abbreviated hours begin Tuesday, March 17 and run through Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Players seeking to claim a prize over $25,000 are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 202-645-8000.
Players can redeem winning tickets up to $5,000 at any of our Retailer Plus locations located throughout the City. Please note that lottery retailers are private businesses and may decide to alter their hours and schedules.
Game draws will occur as scheduled. We will announce any updates on our website and on our social media accounts.
