Powerball® Power Cruise™ 2.0 Sails with Waves of Winning Opportunities
Promotion gives DC Lottery Players Chances to Win Tax Free Exclusive Caribbean Vacation Package and Cash Prizes
Washington, DC – Starting April 15, DC Lottery Powerball® players will have the chance to win a Caribbean cruise vacation packages—and $1,000 in spending cash with cruise and spending cash taxes paid for by the DC Lottery. A total of twenty-five prizes will be awarded to experience Power Cruise 2.0, the second annual Power Cruise™ promotion offered by the DC Lottery.
Departing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on January 19, 2019 and sailing to Nassau and CocoCay, Bahamas, each vacation package includes a five-night cruise onboard Royal Caribbean’s adventure-packed ship Majesty of the Seas®, roundtrip airfare for two, hotel and ground transportation. Taxes and gratuity associated with the prize will be paid by the DC Lottery on winners’ behalf.
Aboard Majesty of the Seas®, Power Cruisers will be treated to VIP concerts. $250,000 in cash prizes will be awarded on the ship to registered trip winners, including seven $5,000 prizes and two $50,000 grand prizes.
For a chance to win a coveted spot on Power Cruise 2.0, players can enter any DC Powerball® ticket purchased between April 15, and June 9, 2018 into the contest website, powerballpowercruise.com. The entry page is easily accessible via smartphone, tablet, or computer. The DC Lottery will hold five weekly promotional prize drawings beginning April 15, 2018. The contest ends June 9, 2018 with the final drawing taking place on June 12, 2018.
